SENIOR PLAYERS

Hey, all you older players ... let's not worry about politically correct stuff -- I'm talking to anybody that THINKS they are getting old and THEREFORE they should be losing distance.

THAT DOESN'T HAVE TO BE THE CASE!

Check out these real-life examples from some of my students --

#1--Images tot he right is from a recent session from Dr.Paul Matton -- approx 70ish years... Paul came in saying he was tired of playing poorly mostly because he was loosing so much distance... The images are from the Trackman data that day --- the top image shows his driving distance of 191.0 yard carry -- the image below shows where he started the session at -- see that 130.7-yard number -- that's carry in the air.... gained 61 yards!

Combination of lesson/swing change and a better-fitted driver

#2 -- Steve Walker, Edmond -- age 67 -- began his lesson program with 107 mph ball speed --one month later 128 ball speed. Each MPH gained = 3 yards.  Swing change, TPI stretching and him beginning a lifting program.

#3 -- Dr. Richard Homsey -- age 70ish -- started at 106 MPH and in one lesson got to 117 MPH.  All swing change

#4 -- Pat Morgan -- age 69 when we started -- lots of shoulder and neck injuries -- starting distance w driver 140 yards -- two months later 170 yards. TPI fitness and stretching program and a great work ethic got him there.

I can't promise everybody these numbers, but I have lots of students make VERY SIGNIFICANT increases. the point is DON'T GIVE UP ON DISTANCE JUST BC YOU HAD A FEW BIRTHDAYS.

Here's how I get these results ---

1) swing change -- biggest factor

2) stretching and range of motion evaluation. then a VERY SPECIFIC stretching program -- 20 minutes per day-- could be done at home

3) -- club fitting your driver

Let me help you turn back the clock
